A friend gave me my first Gingerich built mattress almost 20 yrs ago. Even though it was used, I was so impressed by the comfort and quality of the mattress that I knew if I ever bought a new bed  it would have to be another Monterey Mattress bed. In 2017, I bought a brand new 6 Diamond bed from MM and I couldn’t be happier! I love my bed because It provides me with just enough support, yet it’s not overly firm. This is important because I have fibromyalgia, and this bed really helps my sleep. Recently, my husband and I decided we needed another bed for our spare room. We bought a mattress from a different company and were disappointed when the mattress that was delivered to us was not as comfortable as the one we had tried out in the store. At this point, I reached out to Monterey Mattress and spoke with Brian over the phone.


Brian was so cheerful and helpful! He listened to my mattress woes and convinced me that he could give me a good deal on a much better quality bed, so we ate the restocking fee from the other company. The only regret we have is that we didn’t go back to Monterey Mattress in the first place! Greg and I are very happy with our second 6 Diamond Gingerich built bed  Thank you, thank you, thank you Brian for letting us come to your store and try out your beds. You made us feel so comfortable by taking safety precautions for COVID-19, and we especially thank you for your great customer service and for getting us our new bed so quickly!
